Fair questions, straight answers

Are you a car dealer or broker?
No. We're a research and negotiation service hired by you, the buyer. We don't sell cars, hold inventory, or handle any part of the purchase. Your transaction happens 100% directly between you and the dealership — we just make sure the numbers are right before you get there.
How do you get paid?
One flat fee from you, paid upfront before we start. That's it. We never accept compensation from dealerships in any form — which means our only incentive is getting you the best deal.
What if you can't find my car or I don't like the deal?
You approve every deal in writing before anything moves forward. If you say no, we keep working. Our fee covers the sourcing and negotiation work regardless of outcome — but our reputation runs on closed deals and documented savings, so we don't quit easy.
Do you work in my state?
We source and negotiate nationwide from our Iowa base. The purchase itself always happens at a licensed dealership — local to you or shipped from out of state if the better deal is elsewhere.
How long does it take?
Most deals wrap in 1–2 weeks from onboarding call to handoff. In-demand or specialty vehicles can take longer — we'll give you an honest timeline on the first call.
New, used, or lease?
All three. New and used purchases, leases, and we'll coach you through trade-in and financing on the Concierge+ tier.
