How it works

1. We find themHomeowners in your service area with a system that's old, failing, or dead — found through local Facebook and Instagram ads and community posts. Every homeowner asked to be contacted.
2. We screen themEvery homeowner is screened for ownership, location, system age and timeline, then personally confirmed by phone before the estimate reaches your calendar.
3. You show upThe estimate lands on your calendar with name, address, phone, and notes — at least 2 hours before the visit.

The price

$250 per shown appointment. Or, if you prefer: $150 per shown appointment plus $400 on any job you close over $5,000.

"Shown" means your tech is in the home with the homeowner. Your card is not charged until the visit actually happens. No retainer. No contract. Pause anytime on 7 days' notice.
